 New Cott is just 5 miles from the A38 and approximately 25 miles from Exeter and Plymouth. To get to New Cott take the second Ashburton junction off the A38 at Peartree, signed Two Bridges /Princetown. Follow the Princetown road for 4 miles. Go through Poundsgate village then take the first left (1 mile from village) and follow farm signs.
