Our Cottages are purpose built for Disabled Access. We do not subscribe to Accessibility Schemes.
The cottages have wide door ways, all accommodation is on one level, slopes to the front doors and the bathrooms are large and equipped with grab rails. We have updated the furnishings bearing in mind the needs of people with reduced mobility.
The building which is now Newcott Farm Cottages was built in the 1990’s as a business making horse drawn carriages.
When this business moved on the buildings were converted into two holiday cottages The work was completed to a very high standard in 2001.
The cottages were designed with mobility and access as a priority which has resulted in accommodation which are easy to move around for people with reduced mobility or in a wheelchair.
